- Applicants must be a Nigerian by citizen
- Must have a National Identity Number (NIN)
- Be between the age ranges of 18 – 35 years
- Candidates must be physically, mentally, psychologically and medically fit
- Must be free from dru-gs and any form of criminal activities in the past
- Applicants must possess a minimum of 5 Credits in no more than two sittings in their West African Senior School Certificate (WASSCE), National Examination Council (NECO), General Certificate Examination (GCE) or NABTEB, which Credit in English Language and Mathematics is compulsory
- Graduates applicants must have degree either Bsc or HND certificate from a recognized institutions and must have their NYSC discharge, exemption or exclusion certificate
- Applicants must meet the chest measurement requirements of 0.87 and above for men
- Applicants must be of good behavior and composure
- Applicant must meet the height requirements of not less than 1.65m for male and 1.60m for female
- Candidates must have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy is an added advantage for all candidates
